Dial *499*3*2# and you will be given 50mb valid for 1day

Go to your Android mobile setting and create new apn as shown below

Go to settings > more > mobile networks > APN

Create a new APN using the settings below

Name: Etisalat bis

APN: blackberry.net

Proxy : 10.71.170.5

Port : 8080 

SAVE

Then try to browse with it, when it start working then your sim can now work on android device with Etisalat Bis.

Note: You have to cancel bis daily sub before you can enter Monthly Sub dial *200*3*2*5# to option out.
