Another Look At Glo Data Plans For 2016

Glo recently slashed the prices of their various data plans and called them "pocket friendly data plans". But lets take a look at them. I know you might not be aware of some of this packages like the 3GB weekend data plan and glo booster plans.

Meanwhile, there has been mixed feelings about any data plan from Glo because of their poor network coverage especially their 3G network in many locations but i understand they are trying their best to fix that aspect as soon as possible.

Apart from the aforementioned data plans, glo also have a booster plan, that replenish your data plans anytime you run out of data.

==> 300MB For N200; and 
==> 1.0GB For N500 
 
Also there are affordable weekend data plans that you can go for especially whenever you want to update your OS or many applications or even for streaming weekend football matches.  
 
GLO WEEKEND DATA PLANS 
"Thank Glo Its Friday" (TGIF) is a glo weekend data plan that gives you 3GB for N500 valid from 12am on Saturday till 5am on Monday 
 
For night surfers, you are not left out as you can enjoy 1GB worth of data with just 200 Naira to browse all night. That is 1.0GB For N200 
 
HOW TO SUBSCRIBE GLO DATA PLANS 
You can subscribe to Glo Data Supermart plans by dialing *777# or simply calling customer care. 
 
 
Left for me, these data plans are still expensive when compared to what other countries are paying for data. But we have to continue managing and hoping that things get much better soon.

6GB for N1,900 internet plan is the cheapest data package so far, and this plan works perfectly on all internet enabled devices. To activate this plan, you got few steps away, so, just follow my lead and you’ll be good to go… How I Activated The GLO 6GB For N1,500 Internet Data Plan? 1.       Firstly, opt-in GLO 3GB for N1,400 blackberry plan,  you can activate it by sending BBCMONTH to 777 and you’ll be given 3GB as N1,000 will be deducted from your account. 2.       Next, you activate the GLO 3GB for N500 weekend plan… to activate it, dial *777# and follow the onscreen procedure. 3.       That’s it… You’ll get the total of 6GB for N1,900… once you get connected to the internet, they’ll start deducting from the weekend plan. NOTE: You won’t be able to make use of two GLO plans at same time, so what I did was to change my APN to Glosecure and it worked perfectly… *Tested and Confirmed working on All devices*
